Bill Etchegaray has over 20 years of experience in listing and selling residential, income producing, short sale and foreclosure properties. He has taught classes and held seminars on short sale and REO sales for other agents, and has been quoted multiple times in news media including the Wall Street Journal. Bill’s REO experience extends back to the 90’s having handled assets for banks such as Hamni Bank, Jackson Federal Bank, Ocwen, Optonline and others. Bill is an active member of ResNet.
Bill Etchegaray is known and respected by his peers in the real estate industry. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President for the Pacific West Association of Realtors, the 3rd largest association in the country. Bill was a charter board member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Orange County chapter. He is a current member of the PWR Association of Realtors.
Bill is a Certified Relocation Specialist and has been trained to provide exemplary service to corporate clients such as Cartus, General Electric, USAA, Lending Tree and many others. He is a member of the company’s elite “A” team which works with the most demanding clientele. Bill has been ranked as high as #1 in his company of over 800 agents. He most recently was awarded the 2009 Century 21 Double CENTURION® Award.
Bill Etchegaray created the new and experienced agent training programs for Century 21 Superstars and Century 21 Award. His innovative systems for business generation and team building have been adopted by many of the top agents in the region.
Bill Etchegaray’s team of agents has been selected for their diverse experiences in real estate, past professional affiliations and educational backgrounds. The team boasts a fantastic operations manager who is not only a licensed real estate agent but also a former escrow officer. Our teams’ background includes a marketing specialist, an appraiser and 5 very qualified, highly skilled salespeople. Our agents service different geographic areas thereby exposing our properties to the broadest spectrum of buyers. Our sales goal is to sell our inventory as quickly as possible for the highest price. To achieve this we utilize many of the traditional methods: open houses, door-knocking, signs, mailers, advertising, tele-prospecting while also incorporating state of the art call-capture systems, blogging, internet marketing and other web-based techniques. All these systems create a large volume of buyers that are referred to our mortgage partner, Bank of America. The team sales goal for 2009 is 115 closed sales transactions.
As a former collegiate and professional athlete and Division I college coach Bill understands the need for goals, systems, accountability, hard work and most of all team work. He is committed to his partners and understands that success is only achieved when those who you work with succeed. Bill is “hands on” and involved in every transaction from start to finish.
Bill’s team is not only committed to their individual clients, but to the communities in which we serve. The team members have been involved with Make-A-Wish, CHOC Hospital, Race for the Cure, Cystic Fibrosis and recently teamed with Habitat for Humanity and assisted in the building of 3 new homes in Yorba Linda.
Our team has service offices throughout Southern California, including Chino Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita and San Diego.
